Return And Exchange
We are happy to offer a 10-day, return policy (with full refund). Free return shipping is applicable only when cost do not exceed Rs. 100 and for pin codes covered by our courier partners.
In case charges exceed Rs. 100 all charges (return, shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc) in exceed of Rs.100 will be adjusted against customer refund. In case of non- serviceable pin codes, customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 100 towards shipping chargers with their refund.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e. where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts.
- Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email. firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us.
- To be eligible for Returns or Exchanges, your items must be UNOWRN, UNWASHED, and n its original condition that you have received it. It must also be in its original packing with product tag intact.
- Return will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box with our original invoice.
- IDITRI reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the item has been resized, altered, or damaged and will have to be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- IDITRI reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer c are and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. TAXES AND DUTIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
If you wish to cancel the order, Please get in touch with us at our Customer Care number
as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched then:
In case of COD orders, you may choose not to accept the delivery of product and it will be returned to us.
In case of prepaid orders, you need to take delivery of the product and then return the product to us and we will refund your money.

Products with any kind of customization (Like engraving or any new design etc ) cannot be cancelled after placing the order.
